Hosted events by a municipality

Municipalities hosting private functions are separately organized events during which member municipalities can meet with FCM delegates outside of the Conference for the purposes of networking, entertaining and continuing business.

FCM must be informed of all planned functions on/before April 29, 2023 by contacting tradeshow@fcm.ca for approval.

Presentation Request

The session topics for our annual conference are selected by our team and based on current national FCM priorities, the political landscape and direction from our Board of Directors.

Should you wish to submit a presentation request for our 2024 Annual Conference and Trade Show, please complete this form. Please note that no follow up will be done until late Fall.

We also offer some opportunities for engagement with our delegates via our sponsorship program and Trade Show. Both offer great engagement with our delegates, as well as many options for connecting and networking with the FCM Membership. The sponsorship team works closely with sponsors to build a customized package that is tailored to their objectives. We invite you to reach out to the Sponsorship Team at tradeshow@fcm.ca should you wish to explore further.
