Welland — Vance Badawey, Member of Parliament for Niagara Centre, on behalf of the Honourable Jim Carr, Canada's Minister of Natural Resources, will join Clark Somerville, First Vice-President of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, to announce Green Municipal Fund investments in the Greater Golden Horseshoe region.

The announcement will be made at Birchwood Place, Niagara Regional Housing's first LEED® certified building.
