Moreover, as Secretary-treasurer, he must act as registrar and be responsible for finance.  In interaction with the Mayor, he will be the liaison and communicator between Council, committees, employees and the municipality's citizens. He is also responsible for initiating and bringing Council members' ideas to fruition with regards to the analysis of structuring projects and effectively updating organizational policies and procedures.
