Are you implementing policies and bylaws that are having a direct impact on your local greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction efforts?
Fill out ICLEI Canada's and FCM's Partners for Climate Protection 2019 National Measures Report survey by Friday, February 15, 2019, before midnight EDT to have your municipality's achievements and innovative solutions to climate change included in our report.
The survey will take 20-30 minutes to complete and will ask you to:
- Identify the sectors in which your municipality is taking action to reduce GHGs (such as buildings, energy systems, transportation, etc.)
- Outline any policies, bylaws, programs or projects used to move this action forward
- Identify the scale and stage of implementation
- Confirm your targets and expected outcomes
Survey responses are confidential and collected data will be aggregated in our report.

By participating, you will receive a copy of your survey responses, giving you a chance to identify trends in other municipalities and how you can improve your efforts.
Three lucky participants will also have a chance to win one of the following prizes:
- One full conference registration for ICLEI's Livable Cities Forum in fall 2019, valued at $1,000
- Tree planting from Tree Canada, up to a maximum value of $1,000
- Carbon credits from CarbonZero, up to a maximum value of $1,000
Winners will be contacted via email by Friday, March 29, 2019. Partially completed or incomplete surveys are not eligible. Only one survey entry per PCP member municipality.
