- Peter Dinsdale, President & CEO, YMCA Canada

Peter Dinsdale is a First Nations member of Curve Lake First Nation. He is the current President and Chief Executive Officer of YMCA Canada, and serves on boards of Wawanesa Insurance, the CSA Group, the Canadian Olympic Committee, and a founding board member of the National Council for Reconciliation. Dinsdale has received extensive recognition for his work, including the Order of Ontario, and the Indspire Award for Public Service.
Dinsdale has been instrumental in advancing the Friendship Centre movement in Canada. He also authored and co-authored policy papers, including Urban Aboriginal Communities in Canada: Complexities, Challenges, Opportunities.
- Shannon Doram, President & CEO, YMCA Calgary

Shannon has dedicated her career to community service, leadership and social change. Her mission is simply to be a catalyst for health and happiness. By day Shannon is the CEO of YMCA Calgary, providing leadership to the Association and its Impact work. By night she is a coach, an athlete, and a tireless advocate for community health. Shannon is also a proud Board member and Audit Committee Chair of the Calgary Municipal Land Corporation (CMLC), and a contributor to provincial task forces and panels.
Since 2017, Shannon’s team has led YMCA Calgary’s doubling in size as part of a valued partnership with the City of Calgary. Together, they’ve opened two of the largest YMCAs in the World, extending the reach of the YMCA to more than 4 million Calgarians annually, across 10 YMCA locations and 40 community sites. YMCA Calgary now operates almost 800,000 sq ft in assets with the leadership of 2500 staff and volunteers. Shannon is proud to be named one of Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2022 and was recently awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Award for community leadership.
- Manny Figueiredo, President & CEO, YMCA of Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford

Manny Figueiredo is President and CEO of YMCA Hamilton | Burlington | Brantford. Guided by the YMCA’s mission to create spaces to belong and promote healthy living for people at all stages of life, Manny leads more than 1,400 employees across more than 120 locations to advance the Y’s charitable mission each day. As one of the region’s largest charities and community service organizations, the YMCA delivers a broad range of programs and services that address the social determinants of health, including childcare, camps, health, fitness, aquatics, employment and immigrant services, and community outreach. This work is supported by The Y Saves Lives, the YMCA’s comprehensive philanthropic campaign focused on expanding access, removing barriers, and bringing hope to individuals and families.
- James Chan, President & CEO, YMCA of Sault Ste. Marie

Dr. James Chan is a senior health and community systems leader with over 25 years of experience across healthcare, municipal, and community-based organizations. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the YMCA of Sault Ste. Marie, where he has led the organization through a period of stabilization and renewal, working closely with municipal partners in northern Ontario.
James has held senior leadership roles in large, complex health systems, leading innovation, quality improvement, and system evaluation across hospitals and community programs. He holds a PhD in Health Sciences focused on health system measurement and evaluation. A certified Lean Black Belt and Fellow of the Canadian College of Health Leaders, James has published peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and professional reports, and brings an evidence-informed, practical perspective to YMCA–municipal partnerships shaped by experience in both large systems and small communities.
- Zane Korytko, President & CEO, YMCA of Greater Moncton

Zane Korytko started as CEO of the YMCA of Greater Moncton in November 2006, having come from the Montreal YMCA’s where he had been working for over 20 years. He has been actively involved in the YMCA movement since he was a child. Zane has had the opportunity to work for various YMCA’s throughout Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick. He studied Criminology at Carleton University in Ottawa, as well as Executive Development and Business Administration at McGill University. He is married to Ana, has three daughters and makes Dieppe his home.
