2009 FCM Awards for Outstanding International Volunteer Contribution

This short video highlights the achievements of five Canadian municipalities, and one extraordinary individual, as a result of their contribution to municipal capacity building overseas. The award winners were honoured at a special ceremony attended by the Minister for International Cooperation, Bev Oda.
